I started playing in Charleston, South Carolina where my buddies and I founded a club after discovering the sport down in Florida in 2009. We had no idea what we were doing but it was the most fun I had ever had on a bike. As a new club, we honed our skills over time but it wasn't until I moved to NYC in 2012 that I really stepped up my game. As a WTF player from the southeast, I found it to be challenging to establish myself in competitive bike polo. I am grateful to the teammates that gave me an opportunity to be able to compete at a higher level. Now as an established player, I try to make an effort to play with up and coming players and I'm invested in the growth of WTF players. In 2019 I hosted a WTF skills clinic in NYC and hope to do that again. I'm very excited to be apart of polo camp and am looking forward to meeting our future polo slayers. Bike polo is a special sport and I'm thankful for everyone who continues to play after all these years and for every person who jumps on a bike and tries out our weird sport. xoxo.
